At The Beau, we are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed and delivered within South Africa.
1. Shipping Locations
The Beau currently ships within South Africa only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, order processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are delivered using **Aramex Door-to-Door courier services.
Estimated delivery time:
8–11 business days
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Delays
While we aim to deliver all orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Courier operational delays
- Weather conditions
- High shipping volumes
- Public holidays
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses
The Beau cannot guarantee delivery dates and will not be held responsible for delays caused by the courier or other external factors.
However, we will assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues where possible.
5. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details when placing an order.
If incorrect shipping information is provided:
- The Beau cannot guarantee successful delivery.
- Additional courier fees may apply to resend the order.
6. Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost during transit, please contact us so we can open an investigation with the courier.
Courier investigations may take 7–10 business days to complete.
Once the investigation has concluded, we will work with the courier to determine the appropriate resolution.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking can be done directly through the courier’s tracking system.
